Wednesday, March 4th 2026, 6:00PM-8:00PM - Creating value-added products & zero-waste food practices
Wednesday, April 8th 2026, 6:00PM-8:00PM - Food safety, licensing, and good manufacturing practices
Wednesday, May 6th 2026, 6:00PM-8:00PM - Ecommerce, marketing, and finding buyers, with a special presentation from the Cornell Center of Excellence for Food and Agriculture
Cost: Free for existing vendors of CCE Nassau Farmers Market and/or Taste NY
$10 per person per seminar (each person must register separately)
$40 per person for total series (5 seminars)
