Come celebrate a NY deli icon: the black and white cookie! Learn about how the special cookie shells are baked. Get hands-on to make the icing and assemble a classy, monochromatic treat.

The Baking Coach will provide pre-baked cookies for participants to decorate, mixing their own icings. The Baking Coach will also have black and white cookie kits that participants can purchase at the Taste NY Market for $25
