Manorhaven Preserve Project

Project at Manorhaven Preserve in Port Washington

This project at Manorhaven Preserve in Port Washington was born out of an assignment given to the interns of the 2016 Master Gardener Class. Pat Valente, the team leader approached the Mayor of Port Washington about the project and it grew from there. This is a large project creating a native plant garden along the walkway entering the dog park. The project will be done in a number of phases. Pat Valente has done an excellent job coordinating and overseeing this project.
