Fun Fact: Did you know that the color of an egg is determined by the earlobe of the chicken that laid it? Lots of different chickens means that farm fresh eggs come in a variety of colors, from white or brown to blue or spotted!

CCE Nassau is now selling fresh eggs from the 4–H Camp hens, all through the year!

The eggs are available to purchase from the fridge on the front porch of the East Meadow Farm building, for $8/dozen. Come as you please and enjoy!
