Join Oyster Bay - East Norwich Oublic Library and two of our Educators, Beth and Nicole, to explore Garden to Table Eating. They will dive into gardening techniques and the nutritional benefits of your favorite fruits and veggies with seasonally relevant topics, including how to plan your garden and how to use different cooking methods and delicious recipes to avoid food waste.
