Position Summary:
This position will serve as the 140 LLL (Living Learning Laboratory) Events and Rentals Coordinator for Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Nassau County and will work under the direction and supervision of the Camp Director. This position will provide direction, organization, coordination, and management of all aspects of the assigned 140 LLL Programs, to include, but not be limited to: D.P.F. 4-H Camp Programs, the Long Island County Fair, the New York State Fair, and other 140 LLL Programs (recruiting and booking rentals, event coordination, and adult education) administered by Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Nassau County. This position will be responsible for enhancing 140 LLL Programs, resources and collaborations. This position will provide management and oversight of assigned grants and contracts, will provide management and coordination of marketing and fundraising for assigned Programs, both on-site and off-site in accordance with the 140 LLL Program Area’s Plan of Work.

POSITION DETAILS:
This is a temporary, non-exempt, full-time position, 100% FTE, 40 hours per week. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.00-$26.00 per hour depending upon experience. This position, based on eligibility, offers a comprehensive benefit package, to include: health and dental insurance, NYS retirement, vacation and sick leave.
