* This position will provide program direction, management and coordination to a specific grant program, the Long Island TNY Marketplace.The Long Island TNY Market Manager will act as manager of the LI Taste NY Marketplace, highlighting local NY farm products, and assisting in the research, evaluating and documentation of agricultural marketing and agri-tourism strategies.He or she will be responsible for the day-to-day planning, coordination, management and/or supervision of the Long Island Taste NY Marketplace, and for assessing local system needs, trends, marketing, product sourcing, financial management, record keeping and program supervision.
*This is a one-year grant funded position.
