If you have been interested in trying yoga and do not know where to start, come join this virtual class! Learn the foundations of yoga and meditation in a supportive environment where everyone is a beginner. We will explore basic postures to get you moving and breathing techniques to deepen your breath capacity. This is a “flow” class where postures are linked with breath. Class will begin and end with a brief meditation.
